Celebrating 10 years of owning a home

The residents of Snipe Court celebrated 10 years of living in New Horizon, in Pelican Park, on Saturday October 13.

The City of Cape Town’s Mayoral committee member for human settlements, at the time, Tandeka Gqada, handed over keys to some of the residents of the GAP and Open Market houses in Phase 1 of the Pelican Park Integrated Development in 2013.

“We celebrating because we are so glad to have our own little houses,” said Cheryl Halford.
