Celebrating youth

Gospel group The Jesus Collective performed at a praise and worship evening hosted by the Bezaleel Pentecostal Church and attended by about 400 people at the Grassy Park civic centre on Sunday as a celebration of Youth Month. There were headline performances by various members of the group, including Loyiso Bala, Khaya Mthethwa, Charnell Joseph, Don Vino and Ernie Smith. The evangelical music organisation works to uplift communities through outreach events and mentoring up-and-coming musicians from previously disadvantaged areas.
