China Town shop owner hands himself over

A 31-year-old shop owner at China Town, in Ottery, handed himself over to Grassy Park police after allegedly stabbing a fellow shop owner on Monday November 5.

The two men had apparently argued and one was stabbed with a pair of scissors in the abdomen. He later died in hospital.

The suspect handed himself over to police on Thursday November 8 and appeared at the Wynberg Magistrate’s Court on the same day. He was released on bail.
