The City of Cape Town has warned that call centre operating hours will be reduced during the festive season.
During the holidays, the City’s call centre will be operational from 7am to 5.30pm from Saturday December 15 to Sunday January 6.
Water-related enquiries will be dealt with as per normal with a dedicated 24-hour line.
The electricity department’s technical operation centre as well as the Transport Information Centre will continue to be operational during this period for all electricity and transport-related enquiries.

For electricity-related inquiries, residents can send an SMS to 31220.
