‘DA neglects poor’

The DA boasts that the Western Cape is the best run province , but if one looks at how they neglect the poorest of the poor on the Cape Flats, especially in places such as Lavender Hill, Manenberg and most of their constituencies where communities are ruled by so-called gangsters and drug merchants, it seems the DA is mostly protecting the rich living in the leafy suburbs.
