A 6-month-old baby died and four people were injured in an accident at Lower Ottery Road, Schaapkraal, on Saturday September 2. Captain FC Van Wyk said a white Toyota Corolla had collided with a truck at about 1.55pm. Two adults in the car were seriously injured and a 6-year boy was slightly injured. Philippi police are investigating a case of culpable homicide. Anyone with information about the accident can call Philippi police at 021 690 1500. Pictured is the scene of the accident.
