Man survives shooting in Lavender Hill

A 36-year-old man was shot three times in Lavender Hill on Friday morning November 18.

The man survived but was hit in his shoulder, leg and face.

The victim told police three suspects approached him at Chapel Road, at about 9am, fired shots and fled.

The motive for the shooting is unknown, say Steenberg police, who are investigating an attempted murder case. The shooters are still at large.
