Minstrels march

■ Wynberg resident Wayne van der Vent and his son, Joel, 4, were among the revellers who converged on the city centre on Monday January 2 for the annual Tweede Nuwe Jaar minstrel march. They are pictured with Cape Town comedian Devon Saunders − of “Dev dondidit” fame − who was one of several celebrities who joined the Juvie Boy Entertainers troupe, from Mitchell’s Plain, for this year’s march.
