Objecting to cell masts

Patrick Lategan, Heathfield

I’m a bit perturbed at the rate these masts are going up in areas where people have other worries on their
minds (“Cell mast
issues continue”, Southern Mail, August 14).

I also find it strange that they don’t target more affluent
areas as they know
they immediately
have a case on hand against the same.

There is so much talk about the dangers for and against cell masts.

Another trend that is worrying is the amount of people who are passing away due to cancer.

Is there any relation to the dangers of radiation and what is happening? There
is food for thought.

In Heathfield there is presently an objection to a mast going up in the area.

We’ll have to
wait and see what happens.
