To celebrate Youth Month, marching bands from schools in Parkwood and Steenberg held a “march for change” on Youth Day, Friday June 16. Pupils and staff from Parkwood, Hyde Park, Montague’s Gift and Hazeldene primary and Fairmount and Sibelius high schools did the march to advocate for Parkwood to be a safe, gang and drug free area.
