Police are asking the community to help find suspects involved in the shooting and murder of two men in Parkwood on Saturday April 27 and Sunday April 28.
Captain Wynita Kleinsmith, spokesperson for Grassy Park Police, said: “On Saturday, a man was shot dead in Blackbird Avenue. He is affiliated to the Mongrel gang. On Sunday, evening four men were shot but one died.”
Captain Kleinsmith said there have been no arrests.
“We need the community’s assistance with any information regarding the last spade of attempted murders and murders.”
Captain Kleinsmith said police urged the community to, “allow all law enforcement members to conduct their work and not attack them when they operate in the area.”
