Hip hop skills showcased at indaba

The African Hip Hop Indaba took the city by storm last weekend.

The final took place on Saturday October 28 at the Every Nation church in Retreat.

Dancers from as far as Zimbabwe come together to showcase their skills and compete for the coveted titles.

Groups from all over Cape Town battled it out to see who would come out tops.
All the groups who participated at the indaba.

The event provided a platform for both seasoned dancers and emerging talents to engage in friendly competition and artistic expression and the battles encompassed a wide range of styles, from breaking and popping to amapiano and krumping.

Bboys and Bgirls took to the stage to battle it out.
