Home Affairs delays

If you’re planning to go to the Home Affairs office anytime soon, be advised that some services may not be available. The Wynberg district office, which serves all the communities in the south, was offline last week and staff were not accepting any ID Smartcard and passport applications or collections due to high volumes. Home Affairs were not able to provide a date for when the services will be back.
