As part of Child Protection Week, which started on Sunday May 28, residents from Lavender Hill and St Montague Village gathered on Tuesday May 30 to launch a missing person’s awareness programme in the area. The programme is aimed at bringing awareness to parents and the community to follow this year’s theme for the annual national initiative, which is “Child protection is everyone’s business”. Child Protection Week runs up until Sunday
June 4.
