I read the article on ‘Clara’ and was disappointed in the way she responded to you (“A note of concern when buying cellphone”, Off My Trolley, Southern Mail, May 15).
I think she should apologise to you, because you did help her and she is very ungrateful. But as I always say one can do 99 good things for a person and still they will not be thankful.
By the way I managed to sort out my problem with Telkom after you said I should contact the Public Protector who took it up with ICASA, who took it up with Telkom. Keep up the good work.Â
