The Steenberg police are asking the public to help them identify a woman whose body was found in a bush behind the Retreat post office in Crestway Road earlier this year.
Police found the decomposed body, covered in a blue blanket with red, green and white stripes, at about 6pm on Monday January 2. The cause of death is not known.
The woman had a heart-shaped tattoo with the name “Jordan” written across it on her shoulder. Anyone with information can contact Steenberg police at 021 702 9000 or Crime Stop at 08600 10111. Or make an anonymous report using the MY SAPS app.
